Create Temporary Passwords for WordPress

Many WordPress webmasters assume that all they need to do to protect their websites against hack attacks is to install a few top security plugins on their website and add a firewall to it. If you are planning to blog from a library or through a public network, you want to make sure you keep your site’s main password protected. One-Time Password is a handy plugin that creates on time passwords for these types of occasions.

One Time Password allows you to log on to your blog using passwords that are valid for one session only. That way, even if your password is intercepted, it won’t be much of a use to the people who pick it up. It essentially keeps you protected against key-loggers. You also have the option to protect your site from admin actions with these types of passwords.

Once you install this plugin, you can create your password list with a click of a button. You do want to make sure to protect the areas of your website  you don’t want anyone to mess with under any circumstances.

One-Time Password does not make your website hacker-proof. At the same time, it will add another layer of security to your site, keeping it protected against keyloggers in public, unsafe networks.
