If you cover cool websites or the news on your site, chances are you share website screenshots with your readers all the time. You could always manually take screenshots and add them to your site. Browser Shots for WordPress automates the process though. An icon is added to the TinyMCE editor in WordPress to save you time with the process.
The Browser Shots plugin is pretty simple to use. You can either use the button it adds to WordPress editor or use the browser-shot shortcode with the right URL property to get the job done. You can also define a specific width for each browser shot. The script is compatible with WordPress multisites as well.
You don’t necessarily need this plugin to add screenshots to your website. But this could certainly make your job easier. It is available for free at this point.
